Alfredo Sauce - Julie Guenthner
1/4 cup REAL Butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan (YOU must grate yourself)
1-2 cloves garlic
Melt butter in small saucepan, add whipping cream and garlic, bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan. Serve over steamed vegetables and chicken.
